Note:   For those seeking official SSA Appointed Representation in a pending or current CLAIM for SSDI or SSI disability benefits, you do NOT need to pay for a non-Representational Legal Consultation.  Simply fill out the Request for Representation Evaluation, here.

All  Consultations are PRE-PAID via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or a mailed Check (if not  time sensitive).  (We do not collect personal banking or payment info.)

General Cost

• By the Hour:  $300/hour

• If 2 hours are ordered, and the matter needs overtime to be completed, up to 1 hour provided at no additional cost - Let's get the job done right!.
   
• Flat  Fee possible, by arrangement, for lengthier matters, including joint FORMS work (Function Report, Work History Report, 820/821)
